Job Description

The Product Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the strategic planning process of Ent Credit Union products and services as well as ensuring successful campaign execution to drive results for business lines. The Marketing Specialist assists the Product Marketing Manager(s) in building collaborative relationships with assigned business unit leaders with a focus on driving shared objectives. The ideal candidate is adept at facilitating cross-functional program implementation, is able to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about demonstrating positive results for the assigned business units and organization. Key areas of responsibility: Assist product marketing manager(s) in developing comprehensive annual marketing plans to achieve organizational and business unit goals. Prepare creative briefs and strategic campaign plans in support of annual initiatives; communicate plans and facilitate cross-functional development. Develop and build relationships with internal clients and stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. Work with channel owners, creative resources, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure integrated, efficient alignment of initiatives and timelines. Monitor campaign performance, including pacing, key metrics, conversions, and ensuring campaign health; adjust accordingly for improved performance. Provide routine campaign status updates and reporting to the upline reporting structure, channel owners, and other key stakeholders. Coordinate with both internal design and external agency resources to deliver compelling creative assets on time and within brand standards. Request, review, and submit assets for approval to successfully execute marketing campaigns and initiatives. Work with compliance and legal teams to maintain a current understanding of the regulatory environment as it relates to all Ent products and services. Infuse new thinking and innovation into the marketing process. Be a team player that is readily willing to help other strategic marketers and team members.
Essential Functions
  • Facilitate campaign development by providing agency and internal individuals? information and feedback; manage logistics to arrive at final approval and on-time delivery of the go-to-market plan.
  • Support product marketing manager(s) in the development of strategic marketing plans through the understanding of product category, marketplace, buying behaviors, and successful engagement drivers.
  • Assist product marketing manager(s) in building strategic partnerships with assigned business line leaders; may serve as the primary point of contact for products within a category. Ensure evolving plans are updated and communicated to all stakeholders.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign and program performance; ensure rigorous attention to testing and rapid, in-market optimizations.
  • Provide production support to digital and communications teams when needed; ensure all assets communicate effectively and on-brand about products, services, promotions, and programs when needed.
  • Engage in special projects that benefit the broader marketing group and credit union as a whole.
  • Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications

Minimum Formal Qualifications for the Product Marketing Specialist Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1+ years' general marketing experience.
  • 1+ years experience in financial services marketing and/or professional services marketing. preferred

Minimum Formal Qualifications for the Product Marketing Specialist Senior Position

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurism, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years' general marketing experience.
  • 2+ years' experience in financial services marketing and/or professional services marketing. preferred

 

Each year of relevant work experience may be exchanged for a year in a relevant degree program or vice versa. For example, a requirement of a bachelor's degree in accounting and 2+ years of accounting experience could be substituted for a high school diploma and 6 years of relevant accounting work experience or a master's degree in accounting and 0 years of work experience.
Technical or Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

Additional Information

Typical Pay Range for the Product Marketing Specialist: $50,918 to $66,830 per Year (S14)
Typical Pay Range for the Product Marketing Specialist Senior: $61,713 to $80,995 per Year (S15)

This position is eligible for our corporate bonus program based on company performance.
