Valdez is currently seeking candidates for Change Management and the ideal candidate will have experience working within an operational environment, understanding and utilizing the ITIL framework, to deliver critical IT services across an Enterprise environment.  

As Change Manager your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure clarity of change requests to configuration items.
  • Coordinate with Testing and Release Management staff to manage change requests through all phases of their life cycle.
  • Manage Change Requests through all phases of their lifecycle.
  • Administering the change request queue to ensure processing thresholds are achieved.
  • Providing support to the Change Approval Board (CAB)
  • Liaison with internal and external stakeholders

Certifications Required

  • Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance (US Citizenship required).
  • CASP or higher industry certification must be acquired prior to start date.
  • ITIL Certifications Preferred but may be acquired after start date.
