Access Products, Inc. is looking to fill a hybrid position of Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service First Line Backup. This position will be key to ensuring our customers come first, both with our shipments and phone/order coverage.
The Warehouse Assistant role will be crucial to help keep our orders flowing and customers’ invoices fulfilled. As a Warehouse Assistant, the employee will be receiving orders placed with our vendors and receiving them into our warehouse. This employee will work with vendors, shippers, and other company divisions to ensure orders are received and shipped properly. There is very little stocked inventory. All inventory comes in and generally will ship out on the same day. Being able to work quickly without error is crucial, as is attention to detail!
The Customer Service Backup will help answer phones, take messages, forward calls, etc. This position could evolve into more responsibilities related to the Customer Service side if the volume of the warehouse is down. The customer service side is the front line of Access Products Inc., which means we need to have a go-getter attitude and not only want ourselves to succeed but everyone wants everyone in the company to succeed.
