Requirements B. Arch or M Arch. Architectural Licensure is plus 2+ years experience with small commercial/residential projects: emphasis on custom residential · Strong Revit proficiency REQUIRED. 6 year minimum. We utilize a Revit ‘exercise’ prior to employment. · Strong drafting, design, graphics & written and verbal communication skills. · Be able to develop architectural drawings from concept to SD, DD & CD. · Exercise quality control of ones own work and time. · Detail oriented. · Self-motivated. · Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects. · Positive, helpful, "can do", team player attitude is a must. · AutoCad Architecture, Revit, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop required. · Ideal candidates will have both residential and commercial experience in small to mid-sized projects. · Fun. · Common-sensed. · Open to on-site / remote hybrid position. · We require our staff to live within a 15 mile radius of Boulder. · The position is for an in-house position. Remote candidates will not be considered.
