Northrop Grumman's Mission Systems Sector organization is seeking an experienced candidate to fill a mid level Logistics Planner role as a Parts Specialist, this position requires a motivated individual to work as part of the JTAGS team in Colorado Springs, CO.

What You'll Get to Do:

The JTAGS Parts Specialist will ensure the Government parts under Northrop Grumman control are inventoried, labeled per drawing, and shipped/received as required. Travel to the JTAGS Support Facility (JSF) will be necessary on average twice per week.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • Have a minimum of 6 years of work related experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of work related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Be a self-starter that performs well in small groups with minimal oversight.
  • Have extensive experience with MS Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Have an active DoD SECRET clearance.
  • Use the Power Pick Global software associated with a Vertical Lift used to store serviceable parts.
  • Perform semi-annual Obsolescence Surveillance for program parts and notify the Chief Logistician when production and/or supportability of the part changes.
  • Support the JTAGS Colorado Springs Custodian by performing inventory audits and reporting changes to part status; quantities, part/serial numbers, and locations.
  • Perform IUID management and ensure labels are correct per drawings and accurate with the WAWF Registry.
  • Check the IUID Registry for status of JTAGS IUID required parts and provide reports to the NG Chief Logistician.
  • Be primary to receive part requisitions from the users and process parts to ship overseas.
