Airbnb Cleaner Needed – Detail-Oriented & Reliable
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-focused cleaner to help maintain a high-quality Airbnb in the Mid-Shooks Run Area of Colorado Springs, with a strong need for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday turnovers. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys creating a welcoming space for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Thorough cleaning between guest stays (full kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom, living area w/ sleeper sofa)
- Changing and laundering linens and towels
- Restocking essentials (toiletries, paper goods, etc.)
- Noticing and reporting any damage or maintenance needs
- Ensuring the home is guest-ready and spotless every time
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail (this matters most)
- Good communicator
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled turnovers, with reliable transportation and phone
- Ability to work efficiently, within a set 5 hour timeframe
- Prior cleaning or Airbnb/short-term rental experience is a plus, but not at all necessary for a conscientious candidate
- Must be able to easily go up and down stairs; the storage area is in the basement of the house
Details:
- Flexible schedule based on bookings (turnover window is 11a-4p)
- Standard pay per clean: the job typically takes 2-3 hrs but can vary
- Cleaning supplies provided
