You will provide inputs into United States Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM), United States Pacific Command (USPACOM), and United States European Command (USEUCOM) space protection Concept of Operations Plan (CONPLAN) and Operations Plan (OPLAN) annexes and attachments focused on CONPLAN 8035 and OPLANs 8011 and 8012.
This includes integrating space capabilities into Geographic Combatant Command OPLANs and CONPLANs and developing and integrating emerging space protection strategies into usable products for space operators, Combatant Command (CCMD) Directors of Space Forces, and operational planners.
This also includes assessing threat impacts to the Space mission, identifying protection and threat defeat options, and recommending material and non-material solutions.
You will identify and analyze operational shortfalls, make recommendations for improvement to future space operations, and develop and support implementation of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) and Courses of Actions (COAs) into operational mission areas as appropriate.
You will participate in an estimated 2-4 wargames/exercises per year. (Deliverable 3.6-1: Ops and C2 Analysis).
You will provide analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability.
You will prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information.
You will develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations.
You will collect data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience.
