NetScaler/Boundary Engineer

We are seeking a talented and motivated NetScaler/Boundary Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in networking, firewall management, and security, and the ability to support complex, enterprise-level systems. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of experience in enterprise networking and have a deep understanding of security protocols, network routing, and application load balancing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Routing & Switching:

  • Develop and maintain routing and switching solutions for enterprise environments.

  • Provide expertise in network protocols and architecture.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues efficiently and effectively.

• Firewall Management:

  • Plan, configure, and maintain enterprise firewall systems, with a preference for Palo Alto experience.

• Security & Compliance:

  • Support and maintain a strong understanding of PKI infrastructure.

  • Ensure network security and compliance with relevant audits and standards.

• Application & Traffic Management:

  • Manage and optimize Domain Name System (DNS) and web application traffic.

  • Utilize application load balancing technologies such as NetScaler and F5.

• Customer & Team Focus:

  • Provide excellent customer support and maintain effective communication.

  • Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the OSI model, IP protocol stack, and enterprise networking protocols.

  • Experience with network routing and switching protocols (minimum of 5 years).

  • 3 years of experience with firewall configuration and maintenance (Palo Alto preferred).

  • Strong understanding of web application traffic patterns and DNS.

  • Preferred experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure.

  • Understanding of security, audit, and compliance standards.

• Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) with 8 years of general experience.

  • Associate's Degree with 7 years of general experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of general experience.

• Certifications & Clearance:

  • 8570 certification required.

  • Active Secret Clearance required.
