Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC, (CCPHP) is seeking someone with experience in membership sales and support to work with physicians to convert their practices to a membership-based/concierge-style model. The Member Advisor will interface with patients in-person (working out of the physician’s office), telephonically, and electronically to guide them through the process of converting from a “patient” to a “Member.”
· Effectively communicating the benefits of Membership to prospective Members.
· Support patients in a variety of ways throughout the process of becoming Member (decision support, onboarding, answering questions, proper and consistent follow-up, etc.).
· Responsible for achieving or exceeding team sales goals.
· Ensure an outstanding Member experience during sign-up/onboarding.
· Serve as an on-site point person for both Members and practice staff regarding conversion-related questions.
· Log all patient interactions and sales activity in the CCPHP SalesForce database.
· Conduct meetings with CCPHP corporate staff and practice staff regarding conversion efforts.
· Plan/Host member events and Meet & Greets for lead generation and Membership Sales.
· Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
· Represent Castle Connolly in the most polished, professional and highest-quality manner possible.
- Previous sales experience strongly preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks to successful completion
· Ability to be gracious and maintain a professional, positive attitude in a variety of situations
· Capability to work cooperatively with other staff (from a remote location)
· Experience working in HIPAA-covered transactions preferred
· Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office software strongly encouraged
· Bachelor’s degree
· Contractor. 5 days per week for 16 weeks.
