Successful candidate will have
A high school diploma or GED supplemented by college-level course work in accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, or a related field
One year of full-time auditing, accounting, or tax collection experience
Posses or obtain upon hire, and maintain, a valid, non-probationary Colorado driver’s license not subject to restriction related to alcohol and/or drug violations or pending charges
Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements..
Ideal candidates will also have
Experience working in a municipal government setting
Experience looking up information in electronic databases and utilizing other electronic resources to trace locations and contact information
