    Role Summary:

    Manages professionals and/or supervisors. Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within the department. Executes business plans and contributes to the development of team and area strategy. Decisions are guided by policies, methods, standards, and business plans; receives guidance and oversight from manager. In charge of a small to medium-sized team or a few small teams of cross-disciplinary Human Resources professionals. Assists in setting team priorities. Accountable for the achievement of team objectives. This role is accountable for building and sustaining a service focused team that delivers high quality customer-centric human resources solutions.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversees a team of professionals. Implements and monitors various human resource programs. Executes projects in a timely manner while staying within budget. Assists in executing the approved framework for various HR projects such as succession planning, talent management, coaching, and team structure within the organization. Assists in evaluating the quality of HR products/services provided. Analyzes human resource trends and contributes to planning based on future business needs. Executes processes and policies as instructed through direct reports. Recruits, directs, motivates, and develops staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth, and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience and 5+ years of total relevant work experience.

Preferred:

Progressive experience working in Human Resources

SHRM-CP or PHR
