Job Description

Our IT managers play a key role ensuring that Progressive remains a successful and evolving company. Making vital business decisions, ideal candidates will rely on their proven leadership and management skills while leading and directing others. Additionally, you’ll help drive performance while providing ongoing coaching and mentoring.
Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business or related field of study (Computer Science, MIS, Business Management) and two years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery
  • Instead of a degree, four years of work experience leading or managing professionals or project delivery may be accepted

Preferred skills
  • Broad knowledge of Information Technology functions which could include an individual focus on software development, systems engineering, project management, service management, data management, network management, architecture, computer operations, ecommerce, or other specialties
  • Interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to direct and oversee the work of others
  • Ability to quickly learn new business functionality, technology and stay current with IT industry trends
