SEEKING INDIVIDUALS - to ensure the hotel's established standards of cleanliness are met. Prior experience with Hotel laundry a plus, but will train those willing to learn.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must be able to work any day of the week, including weekends & holidays.
- Must be able to read, write & follow oral & written direction at a level necessary to accomplish your job.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with our guests, staff, vendors, & the general public.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be dependable & honest.
- Must be a team player but able to work independently.
- Must have a good attitude & strong work ethic.
- Ability to perform assigned duties with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, follow-through, courtesy, cooperativeness & work with minimum supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- Must be able to pass a national criminal background check.
- Position requires the ability to grasp, bend, stoop & push or pull heavy loads weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
- Ability to exert physical effort consistent with cleaning an industry standard number of rooms per shift (approximately 14-16 standard rooms).
