position is under the direct supervision of the Child Placement Director and
will assist with necessary agency & state paperwork and documentation
completion & submission as needed. This position assists the agency
professional staff in program support services and with transporting clients to
meet agency transport needs.
Attend weekly CPA staff meeting
Transport children once a month for therapy, appointments, placement transports and additional transportation as requested
Keep documents with sufficient copies in placement supervisor’s office and foster parent office
Update contact list as directed by supervisor
Oversight of maintenance and usage of assigned CPA vehicles. Schedule maintenance and maintains safety precautions in vehicle operation.
Conduct health and safety inspection per licensing standards
Provides routine administrative support to agency professional staff including filing, faxing/scanning, mailing and completion of reports, tracking system and documentation of any contact between caseworkers, parenting time worker, and foster family.
Update Health Passports, monthly with any new medical/dental appointments.
Attend meetings as requested by supervisor for CPA staff including but not limited to COC monthly meetings, providing any new information to the team at staff meetings
Conduct the foster child’s self-care inventory for eligible children, under direction of supervisor Assist in organizing special events for CPA- Valentine Party, Appreciation Dinner etc
Related duties as requested.
