What we offer:
The salary range for this position starts at $34,752 ($2,896/month).
This position has been determined to be eligible for overtime (non-exempt) under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

The purpose of this position is to provide general administrative, human resources, and financial support to the Faculty Resource Center.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Financial transaction processing, which includes but is not limited to: procurement and travel card reconciliation, travel support, journal entries/cash transfers, faculty additional pay, ordering supplies through CU Market place, monitoring fund budgets, and processing end-of-year close-out activities.
- Manages the office by greeting faculty, answering incoming calls and emails.
- Support FRC staff with organization, tracking and communication of programs, events, and grants. Assist with document formatting updating or distributing brochures and advertisements for FRC programs and events. Assist in reserving rooms and catering for workshops, events, etc.
- Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to organize and coordinate events
