JOB DESCRIPTION:
Premium Event Staffing (PES) is a professional W-2 event staffing company serving the Colorado market. We provide background-checked, insured event staff for conferences, galas, corporate events, private events, and more. We are currently recruiting for an upcoming multi-day conference at The Broadmoor Resort in Colorado Springs and are looking for reliable, professional individuals to join our team.
Once you are onboarded as a PES employee, you are not just hired for this event - you become part of our broader team and are eligible to pick up shifts across all of our events as they become available. We post openings as they come in, and our staff choose the shifts that work best for their schedule. It is flexible work with a company that invests in its people.
About the Role
This is a multi-day special event position running from May 1 through May 5, 2025. Roles include registration desk support, guest flow and directional guidance, bag stuffing and setup, badge scanning, shuttle coordination, and general event support. Shifts vary by day, and not all staff are needed every day. We encourage you to reach out to discuss which days and shifts best fit your schedule.
Event Details
- Location: The Broadmoor Resort, Colorado Springs, CO
- Dates: Friday, May 1 - Tuesday, May 5, 2025
- Shifts vary by day (early morning through evening shifts available)
- Pay: $20.00/hour + parking reimbursement
- Uniform: Comfortable clothing for setup days (May 1-3); Black Buttondown Shirt and Black Slacks for event days (May 3-5)
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on the day and shift, tasks may include:
- Bag stuffing, box sorting, and table/venue setup
- Staffing the registration desk and welcoming attendees
- Providing directional guidance and human waypoints throughout the venue
- Badge scanning at workshop and breakout locations
- Assisting with shuttle loading and attendee flow
- Supporting evening receptions and off-site event logistics (some shifts require personal transportation)
What We're Looking For
- Professional, friendly, and dependable individuals
- Comfortable on your feet and working in a fast-paced environment
- Prior event, hospitality, or guest services experience preferred
- Ability to download and use the event app on your personal smartphone
- Reliable transportation (required for certain shifts)
