Associates will be supporting a large financial institution and their customers. This position will be taking incoming calls throughout the day, talking to shareholders with a variety of calls. Additionally, there may be email correspondence and other administrative related tasks. Calls may include but are not limited to:
-needing to change information, updating account info.
-changing addresses and account information
-providing assistance with online accounts
-investigating previous transactions
-maintaining accurate information
Associates will process orders as requested, offer solutions based on client needs, use their judgement to discuss and recommend additional services that may benefit the client, and transfer calls to other departments for further assistance as needed if clients are requesting financial advice.
Paid training included!
> Hours of operation: must open to working mon-fri between 7am - 7pm, opportunity for overtime
