Job Duties:

• Deliver skilled OT treatments based on evaluations and test results.
• Design individualized home exercise programs and recommend assistive equipment as needed.
• Document patient progress and maintain clinical records promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications, including CPR and Professional Crisis Management (PCM).
• Other duties as assigned by ancillary manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Passion for working with children across various ages and diagnoses.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of the role and effectively motivate clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR;

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
