Job Duties:
- Deliver skilled OT treatments based on evaluations and test results.
- Design individualized home exercise programs and recommend assistive equipment as needed.
- Document patient progress and maintain clinical records promptly and accurately.
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including co-treatment opportunities.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and OT students.
- Maintain current licensure and certifications, including CPR and Professional Crisis Management (PCM).
- Other duties as assigned by ancillary manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Passion for working with children across various ages and diagnoses.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, families, and team members.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role and effectively motivate clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT), BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR;
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
