At Trailhead Family & Life Skills, we provide trauma-informed, compassionate Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families across Colorado Springs and surrounding areas. We are a locally owned, family-run company committed to meaningful, relationship-based care—not a one-size-fits-all model.
We’re currently hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, and/or community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Use reinforcement-based strategies to increase independence and reduce problem behavior
- Collect and record data on client progress using electronic systems
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members
- Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Qualifications
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred
- RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain—we provide training)
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental differences is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass background check
