BrightPath Behavior is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to work one-on-one with children and help them build skills, confidence, and independence. No RBT certification? No problem — we’ll train you!
⭐ What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children
Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA
Track progress and document session notes
Support a positive, fun, and structured learning environment
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Passion for helping kids
Strong communication and patience
Reliability and willingness to learn
Experience with children is a plus, but not required
Ability to complete RBT certification within 90 days (we cover training!)
💵 Pay & Benefits
$18–$23/hr depending on experience/certification
Paid RBT training & supervision
