LugsNPlugs Automotive is seeking a dependable Automotive Technician (B-Level Mechanic) to join our locally owned independent repair shop with a steady workflow and continued growth.

🔧 Responsibilities
• Perform repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and cooling systems
• Complete maintenance services and multi-point inspections
• Diagnose mechanical issues and assist with troubleshooting
• Perform larger repairs such as timing components and engine work
• Accurately document findings and completed work
• Follow shop workflow and quality control procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
✅ Qualifications
• 2+ years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Ability to perform repairs independently
• Experience with brakes, suspension, and general mechanical work
• Basic diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Own technician tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
⚠️ Requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening (required for RepairPal certification)
💰 Compensation
• Flat rate / flag hour pay
• Starting around $25+ per flag hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity for increased hours as shop volume grows
🗓 Schedule
• Monday – Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends
