Employee will work as part of a team to provide assistance with customer issues on the Claims Manager software product.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer service through phone, email and virtual meeting platforms

  • Escalate problems to appropriate resources in a timely manner

  • Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve product issues

  • Employee will work an 8 hour shift during core business hours (M - F / 6am - 5pm MST). Occasional overtime may be required

  • Requires 24x7 on call duty for a one week period on a recurring basis

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of experience working technical helpdesk
  • 1+ years of experience in a call center environment
  • Familiarity with Oracle and / or SQL Server
  • Ability to work 40 hour in shifts between the business hours of 6am - 5pm, Monday to Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher

  • Familiarity with claims processing and practice management systems
