Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and microwaves

Provide excellent customer service during in-home service calls

Accurately document repairs, parts used, and recommendations

Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle

Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications
-
Previous appliance repair experience preferred

Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and manage service appointments

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

EPA , 608 and 609 certification is a plus

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to lift and move appliances as needed
