FUNDRAISING COMMITTEE MEMBERS NEEDED
Do you have a gift for thinking outside the box? Special Kids Special Families (SKSF), a local Colorado Springs non-profit organization that provides programs for children and adults with disabilities, is seeking volunteers to assist on their fundraising committees.
Please consider volunteering and joining our SKSF's signature fundraising event committee for our 9th Annual Bowlathon on 3/10/18; Bluegrass, Brews & Brats held on 6/23/18; and 7th Annual Night of Comedy held in the Fall of 2018..
Committee members are needed to attend monthly meetings and help with the overall activities of the event such as planning, decorating, organizing, seeking sponsors & auction/raffle items.
Effective fundraising committees are vital to the life and financial well-being of the organization. Members create, design and shape SKSF fundraising events. Help encourage support for the cause, build relationships and raise money to meet ongoing needs. SKSF is looking for active, productive and dedicated committee members to ensure the success of these events. Fundraising committee meetings are held at the SKSF Adult Services Conference room (3450 N Nevada Avenue, CO Springs) on a monthly basis. Contact us at 719-447-8983 or email (email@example.com) for date and time details.
Good communication skills, social skills, overall friendly and helpful. Solicit vendors and sponsors - sales skills a plus!
