Job Description:
As a Software Developer, you will work alongside a dynamic team of engineers to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge software solutions for mission-critical applications. You will play a key role in building secure, high-performance systems using modern technologies like Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and Active MQ.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot.

• Implement and integrate messaging systems with Kafka and Active MQ.

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions.

• Create and maintain reusable JavaBeans components for complex business logic.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, well-documented, and efficient code.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software to improve performance and security.

• Ensure software solutions comply with security policies and guidelines.

• Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to best practices.

Qualifications:

• Active Secret Clearance required for this position.

• Strong experience with Java (8+ years preferred) and Spring Boot framework.

• Experience with JavaBeans and building modular applications.

• Proficiency in Apache Kafka and Active MQ for message queuing and real-time data streaming.

• Experience in microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of software engineering best practices (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).

• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in security-related software development.

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and unit testing.
