Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team near Woodland Park, CO. In this school-based role, you will work directly with students to enhance their speech and language skills, enabling them to achieve success both academically and socially. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs and provide appropriate interventions.

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to address each students unique communication goals.

  • Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.

  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

  • Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as necessary.

  • Participate in IEP meetings to provide valuable input on student goals and strategies for success.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Colorado SLP license or eligibility.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.

  • Experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required.
