Commercial Roofing Sales Manager
TreeLine Roofing and Construction LLC
Location: Colorado | Full-Time | In-Person
TreeLine Roofing and Construction LLC, a company grounded in integrity and built on
craftsmanship, is seeking a results-driven Commercial Roofing Sales Manager to lead and

Key Responsibilities:
● Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing commercial roofing sales team
● Set and exceed team and individual sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis
● Deliver engaging, solution-oriented presentations to prospective clients
● Provide consistent mentorship, coaching, and performance feedback
● Contribute to and participate in weekly strategy and training sessions
● Align team efforts with company goals, values, and customer-first principles

Qualifications:
● Demonstrated success managing commercial roofing or construction sales teams
● Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
● Proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top-performing sales talent
● Highly self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset

Compensation Benefits:
● Base Salary: Starting at $60,000+ annually
● Commission Structure: Uncapped earning potential (top performers earn well into six
figures)

Additional Details:
● Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
