PCM (Patient Care Manager)

We are seeking a Patient Care Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with patients by showing a high degree of compassion and connection

  • Educate patients about Serenity’s life changing treatment options

  • Address questions and concerns about Serenity’s treatment options

  • Overcome objections to get patients scheduled for treatment

  • Learn and be willing to step into other roles as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/ GED.  

  • Strong customer service mindset.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.  

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience

  • Experience in the following roles have translated well: orthopedic, dental or vision offices, caregiver for children with disabilities (autism, muscular dystrophy, etc.), professional tutoring, personal coaches and high-end restaurant servers.
