THE JOB
The Outside Sales Representative will focus on new business development across an assigned national territory within the gas price signage division. This is a consultative role that blends hunter-style prospecting with long-cycle relationship building. You'll travel 5075% to meet prospects, visit trade shows, and strengthen relationships with manufacturing and engineering teams. When not traveling, you'll work on-site at the Colorado Springs HQ to stay close to production teams and manage account delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive net new revenue by targeting gas station chains and retailers
- Manage the full sales cycle (612 months)
- Travel nationally for customer visits and trade shows
- Maintain and grow your book of business
- Liaise with manufacturing and engineering throughout the order lifecycle
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in technical sales, ideally selling electronic component-based products
- Background in or exposure to manufacturing environments
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Self-motivated, with a proactive, hunter mentality
- Comfortable with frequent national travel
- Engineering or technical background a plus
- Based in or willing to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO
THE BENEFITS
- Base Salary: $65,000$75,000 DOE
- OTE: $120,000+ (uncapped commission; top reps exceed $200K)
