Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to support day-to-day warehouse operations by maintaining the flow of incoming and outgoing materials throughout the facility. The ideal candidate will be experienced in operating forklifts and handling inventory efficiently to meet production and customer needs. This role is critical in ensuring a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Job Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, store, and transport materials (1–2 years forklift experience required).
Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, or requisitions to determine material requirements.
Load and unload trailers, both palletized and non-palletized items.
Move products from receiving or production to storage or other designated areas.
Sort, label, and organize inventory by size, type, or product code in racks, bins, or shelves.
Pick and assemble customer orders and prepare them for shipment.
Open and unpack incoming crates, bales, and containers.
Record inventory data such as quantities received or distributed using warehouse management software.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety and hygiene guidelines.
Support production areas with necessary materials and contribute to overall team success.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors regarding inventory status and movement.
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

1–2 years of forklift operation experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift, move, and carry materials of various sizes and weights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in a material handling or warehouse environment.
Familiarity with inventory systems and software.
Knowledge of safe material handling and warehouse best practices.

Certifications:Forklift Certification (Required or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Education:High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
