Shift Details- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Compensation- Hourly Rate: $16.25 - $17.75/hr, depending on experience (DOE)
- Potential Range: $16 - $18/hr DOE
Qualifications- CNC Experience: Proficiency with CNC mills or lathes
- Operational Skills: Experience in loading materials into machines, operating them, and conducting quality inspections
- Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Growth Mindset: Willingness to learn and advance in the trade
Job Responsibilities- Material Handling: Loading materials into CNC machines
- Quality Control: Inspecting parts and determining the appropriate gauges to use
- Skill Development: Learning various CNC functions such as setups, tool changes, edits, adjustments, operating, and offsets
- Blueprint Reading: Understanding and following blueprints for accurate machining
